1. ABS INTENSE

Abs Intense is an intense abdominal workout aimed at developing abdominal muscles. Hour-long workouts focus on all aspects of your abdominal muscles, helping to build strength, improve posture and tone abs.

2. PUNCH AND KICK

Punches are one of the most straightforward exercises you can do. ... So make sure you are light on your feet, pivot to bring your hips into play and power each punch using your legs. Yogalates merges yoga and Pilates together to help you develop core strength, tone muscles, increase flexibility, and help reduce stress. This low-impact exercise class requires a mat, a towel for under your head, and a thera-band to provide resistance.

7. BOX FIT

A high intense workout that teaches basic boxing techniques. It’s very good for strengthening the core and a fun and fast way to burn some calories.
